The Wollongong Visitor Information Centre is open seven days a week, providing customers with a comprehensive range of local information. Staff can assist with tour and accommodation bookings. Alternatively, visitors can also book online at the information centre's website.

Other services include YHA membership sales, maps and guides available for purchase, NRMA agent and a souvenir shop. Facilities are accessible by guests with a disability.
