Welcome to 100 years of NSW Tourism!

In May 1905 the NSW Department of Intelligence established a State Tourism Bureau. Tourism New South Wales and its predecessors have since been integral to the spectacular growth in tourism within the State. To celebrate a century of tourism, Tourism New South Wales is rolling out a program of activities which highlight the past, present and future of tourism in New South Wales.
